Do you have what it takes to be an SRSOI Team Member?

We're looking for the best of the best. Openings are:

• Technical Director
• Web / E-mail Assistant
• Marketing/Design

All new members are expected to be able to participate in investigations when they come up. These often include Saturday nights, from 6pm to 3am, and beyond.

Members must also be available to attend Team Meetings, usually held in the Des Moines area.

We're looking for individuals with the following qualities:

• Web Development Skills
• Great Communication Skills - An active participant in e-mail conversations, good with clients.
• Mechanical / Electrical Skills - For help with our Ghost Box and other devices
• Must have a car or ability to get rides to Urbandale for investigations
• Must have internet, check e-mail frequently, have a Facebook Page.
• Must be able to listen for and harvest EVPS with computer equipment, AND upload them to the group's e-mail or webpage in MP3 format for group listening and analyzing. We can train you on this, but intermediate to advanced computer skills are required.

Tools required when you join our team:

• Headlamp with "Red" light setting
• Walkie Talkie

At least one of the following:

• Audio Recorder (parabolic microphone a plus)
• EMF Detector
• Laser or close-range thermometer
• Video Camera
• Digital Camera
• Other valuable paranormal equipment.
